I&S Property Management Inc. is a full service management company. We do not charge any extra or hidden fees for services we feel are part of the standard services provided.

Besides supporting local clients, I&S Management, Inc. has also made it a priority to assist European and other absentee owners. While these clients live abroad, I&S Management, Inc. maintains their properties here in South Florida and handles everything, from A to Z.

I&S Management, Inc. understands the American proceedings and legal issues related to rental investment properties. In addition, our staff is fluent in English, German and Swiss-German.
